Train the Swing That Holds Up Under Pressure
You know your swing. You’ve built it through years of reps, rounds, and competition. Your coach has already told you what to work on.
FastTrack gives competitive Akron-area golfers a way to train it — resistance and reps, at volume, without hitting live golf balls.
Two speeds. One training system. Faster to train the movement. Faster to swing it.
The goal: a swing you can trust under tournament pressure, built through training you can repeat on your own.
Train What You Already Know
Competitive golfers already know their swing. They don’t need it explained — they need to train it.
FastTrack runs the movement you’re already working on through resistance and high-repetition training until it holds up when the round is on the line.
How FastTrack Training Works
FastTrack combines resistance, repetition, and speed to let competitive golfers train their swing at volume.
Resistance Without Guidance: NitroSwing uses controlled gas-spring resistance while you swing. It adds resistance to the movement without mechanically steering or guiding your swing path.
High-Repetition Training: Structured work and rest periods allow you to make hundreds of golf swing repetitions in a focused training session without striking live golf balls.
Two Speeds, One System: Train the movement faster. Swing it faster.
Add This, Get the Edge
FastTrack isn’t a replacement for your conventional practice. It’s an addition to it.
Add thirty minutes of NitroSwing training to your existing workout, and you’re getting 450 to 600 reps under resistance — training impact position, lag, and timing while building strength and speed in the movement itself. Recovery time between sets is the variable: younger, well-conditioned athletes recover faster and land at the higher end.
A stronger, faster swing shows up in ball flight. Train the movement under resistance consistently, and that strength and speed carries into distance.
Add thirty minutes of NitroSwing training to the work you’re already putting in, and you’ve got hundreds more reps, more strength, and more speed than the golfer next to you who didn’t.
That’s the edge.
Train the Movement, Not Just the Round
Competition rewards the golfer who can repeat the same swing under pressure, hole after hole, round after round.
That consistency comes from training the movement itself, not just playing more rounds.
The golfer builds the swing. FastTrack teaches you how to train it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to hit live golf balls during training?
No. You don’t hit live golf balls while using the NitroSwing. The training allows you to focus on resistance and repetition without worrying about where the golf ball goes.
How is this different from standard golf lessons?
Golf instruction tells you what to do. FastTrack trains it — through resistance and high-volume repetition, without live balls. Instruction introduces the movement. Training builds it.
Is this useful in-season, or just off-season?
Both. The training is designed for short, focused sessions without live balls, so it fits around a competitive schedule year-round — not just during the off-season.
What should I expect in my first session?
You bring the movement you’re working on. We put it under resistance and get the reps in. The idea is simple: you already know what to do — FastTrack trains you to do it faster and more often.
